The Scrambler Ride. On this classic amusement park ride, you'll spin around this way and that, never seeing the same thing twice. One of my favorite rides at the amusement park is the Scrambler.

Like the original shed-built scrambler bikes from mid-century England, today's scrambler bikes are essentially stripped down scoots that have been rid of any and all superfluous components and then bestowed with a variety of hardware and upgrades to make them more conducive to off-road performance. Scramblers also have a distinct appearance that's largely due to their purpose-built nature.

At the end of each arm hangs a group of seats on which the victims sit.

While the Scrambler Icon is nothing to write home about from an outright performance perspective, it is a monumentally fun bike that enables adventure, inspires confidence.

Do we wish the Scrambler Café had an adjustable ride mode setting for more eye-opening throttle response? The ride is known in the industry by the production name "Scrambler." It can regularly be found at most amusement parks and fairs around the country, and our very own continues to be a fan favorite for all ages.
